What does each sponsorship package include?
Each tier offers different levels of visibility, access, and engagement. Please fill out the inquiry form and we will send you the different sponsorship package options.
How do we get our brand in front of attendees?
Your brand will have the opportunity to appear across key touchpoints, including event signage, conference app, and programs to our website, and main-stage visuals (depending on your tier). We’ll also highlight sponsors in event communications leading up to FluxxCon!
Can packages be customized?
Yes! If you have a unique activation idea or want to tailor your sponsorship experience, our team is happy to collaborate on a custom package.
What deadlines do we need to plan for?
Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a rolling basis. To maximize visibility, confirm your partnership by August 2026 so we can include your brand in all pre-event materials.
What's the refund or transfer policy?
If circumstances change, sponsors may transfer benefits to another approved representative within the same organization. Refunds are available only before materials go to print. Contact our team for details.
