We’re excited to hear your ideas! To help your proposal stand out, make sure it’s clear, concise, and centered on what attendees will take away.

What to Include in Your Proposal

Your proposal should include the following details:

  • Session Title – Under 10 words

  • Abstract – 100–150 words summarizing your big idea

  • Audience – Who is this session intended for?

  • Learning Objectives – What will participants gain?

  • Track Selection – Pick the FluxxCon 2026 theme that best fits your topic

Choose the Right Format

We welcome diverse presentation styles. Select the one that best fits your message:

  • Workshop (60 min): Hands-on learning with practical takeaways.

  • Panel (45 min): 3–4 speakers sharing different perspectives on a topic.

  • Roundtable (30 min): Collaborative discussion with audience participation.

All sessions should allow time for audience questions and interaction.

Review & Selection

Proposals will be evaluated on originality, relevance, and alignment with our mission of connecting Intention with Impact.

Can I submit more than one proposal?

Absolutely! Share all your great ideas — just submit a separate form for each.

Do speakers receive complimentary registration?

Accepted speakers receive recognition on the website but do not receive free complimentary passes to FluxxCon 2026.

What happens after I submit?

Our team will review all proposals and notify you once selections are made.
