Every Grantmaker client receives comprehensive implementation services and resources. Our proven, agile process is led by project managers and technical experts who ensure ongoing learning and success for your whole team. Generally, implementation takes between two to six months, depending on the complexity of your configuration. Grantmaker includes everything you need to get started – from migration of existing data and documents, to translation of current processes, all the way through to user testing, validation, and post-launch stabilization.
Absolutely. Our cloud-based infrastructure takes advantage of the Amazon Web Services platform, which maintains ISO 27001 certification and publishes a SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 reports. While most clients choose to host their sites in a multi-tenant environment – taking advantage of shared resources and scheduled releases – you can also choose private provisioning for added control and dedicated resources.
