Where Is The Conference Being Held At?

FluxxCon 2024 will be at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel (1550 Court Pl, Denver, CO 80202).

When Is The Early Bird Registration Deadline?

The early bird registration deadline is June 30, 2024. No further discounts or deadlines will be extended. 

How Does Group Registration Work?

We are excited to launch group registration which allows the purchase of reserve paid spots for members of your group ahead of time. Registrations are purchased in a single batch order to reserve their spots. Names can be added in the registration process or you can send them a link to register themselves.

What Is Included In The Registration?

Registration gives you access to all General Sessions, meals, breakouts and workshops. 

Are Hotel Accommodations Included In The Registration Rate?

Lodging at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel is not included with your registration. Booking details will be provided in the registration confirmation email. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible.

Can I Attend The Conference Virtually?

FluxxCon 2024 will not be offering virtual experience. 

I Am An International Guest, Does Fluxx Provide An Invitation Letter I Can Submit With My VISA Application?

What If I Need Accommodation To Participate Fully?

Fluxx and the venue are committed to hosting an inclusive, accessible event. When you register for the conference, share any accommodations we can provide that will make it possible for you to fully participate.

Who Can I Contact to Add More People to Attend From My Organization?

As an existing ticket holder, you can easily modify your registration through logging in here or just email us at fluxxcon@bdi-events.com. Our team is ready to help you secure all the tickets needed for your organization.

Are The Meals Included?

Yes! We will have breakfast, lunch, and two evening receptions available as well as refreshments.

What Is The Dress Code?

Business casual, however, we invite you to come as your authentic self.

Can I Buy A Ticket Onsite?

Yes, based on availability.

Can I Cancel And Receive A Refund After Purchasing A Ticket?

We understand plans change. We are able to refund your ticket purchase through August 31st, 2024. Our commitments to the hotel/venue are unable to be reversed as of September 1st, 2024, so we will not be able to provide any refunds after that date. The refund will be adjusted to account for the difference in package versus single ticket pricing.
