What are the registration dates for FluxxCon 2022?

  • Early Bird Registration: June 3 through July 15th
  • Regular Registration: July 16th through October 11th, 2022

What does my FluxxCon ticket include?

Your FluxxCon ticket includes:

  • Access to the full online conference (October 12-14, 2022)

  • Access to all the conference content and replays for 90 days after conference ends.

Can more than one person from my team attend?

Absolutely! In fact, new this year is the ability to register more than one person from your organization. When you register, you can select a 3-registration pack or 5-registration pack. You do not need to know the names of the other attendees if you are buying a multi-pack today. Once you buy your multi-pack you, as the buyer, will be sent a code via email. You can then pass that code onto your internal team to redeem their own ticket from your multipack.

What is the refund policy?

Conference registration fees are not refundable or transferable unless Fluxx cancels the event. If Fluxx is obliged to cancel the conference for whatever reason, then you will receive a full refund of all registration fees already paid. Fluxx is not liable for expenses incurred by you or your organization if the conference is cancelled or postponed.

Will I receive a Fluxxcon registration receipt?

When you register, you’ll receive an email as your registration confirmation which will serve as your receipt.

How do I access the virtual event?

All attendees will receive a communication starting October 5th giving you access to the virtual event platform.  This will be your main access to all of the FluxxCon agenda items, networking opportunities, meetings, and more!  We encourage you to register early, then engage as soon as possible on the virtual event platform to get the most out of your FluxxCon experience. 

What type of technology is needed to participate in FluxxCon?

Prior to logging into the platform, we recommend you download the latest Chrome browser, as well as ensure you are using the latest version of Zoom on your computer. The Virtual Event Platform that we are using to host FluxxCon works best on Chrome, and is powered through Zoom on the back-end. You can also check that you have the latest version by visiting zoom.us/download.

I'm outside of the US, can I still participate?

We have carefully thought out the conference schedule so that the majority of attendees throughout the world can participate. Sessions typically begin at 10 am EST. But don't worry, we are making the recordings available for all registered attendees to watch on demand during FluxxCon week and at least 90-days after.
